I used to spin quite a bit - but put it away about four years ago. Then a week ago I was asked to spin for an Easter play so I'm trying to get some muscle memory back. Anyway - heres my questionaire!

What is the wing speed of an unladen swallow? As kinematic data is lacking for either species of African swallow I can only presume to assume that you are speaking of the unladen European swallow. I have devised a calcuation that would allow the calcuation of wing speed of such a swallow - if you care to see the work I would be glad to send it to you by homing pigeon - however the long and the short of it is the average velocity of an unladen European swallow is 11 m/s or 24 mph.

Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella? I've actually tried all three of these in the country of origin - and Nutella all the way. However, Vegemite with a whole lot of butter on bread isn't to bad.
