Welcome to HoP, I'm new as well myself, we should be running into each other on the beginner threads for certain.

This is going to sound dumb, but what is Marmite? I'm from like Delaware and know nothing of European spreads (I'm assuming it's a spread like Vegemite (thanks Men At Work's "Land Down Under"!)and Nutella. *did find a few of the questions a touch odd personally*

Marmite is a yeast spread made from left overs of the beer brewing process. It is vaguely similar to Vegemite. Nothing at all like Nutella.

BigE: Welcome to the madhouse. Good choice of spreads as well.

By toys we meant poi, staff, diablo etc. Which do you use. (Amazing how many people get that one wrong... :P)

HI IM TOTALLY NEW TO THIS SITE AND TO NEW YORK CITY

I USED TO DO SOME FIRE TWIRLING WITH POI BUT HAD BEEN OUT OF PRACTICE FOR A WHILE..IM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR SPINNERS IN NEW YORK CITY BECAUSE I'D REALLY LIKE TO GET BACK AT IT!!

Hey EON! PDF stands for Playa del Fuego it's a regional burn held in Odessa/Townsend area and is SOOOO much fun!!!! Great time to decompress from reality etc. It's a ticketed event, so I imagine it's sold out at this point but it's from Thursday evening to Monday midday (oct 8-13?) It's twice a year (memorial day and columbus day weekends) You HAAAAAAVE to come in the spring! :-)
