It's a persuasive speech about why someone should spin poi.
I can name plenty of reasons just off the top of my head, but I would like to see what more experienced spinners have to say as well.

Wow, I just looked him up. That's really fascinating, I like it. Well, Poi will give you a range of health benefits. This video has a range of good things about poi ans well as injuries that can come about of improper poi practice.

Wow, I just read about Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, and his work
I will probably have trouble saying the name
It looks kind of like it would be pronounced cheek-sent-me-hi-ee
But thanks for that, his theory as well as the health benifits like flexibility, muscle/joint dexterity, the cardio work, etc. I should have a brilliant speech
