This is literally the third move I teach people after forward and backward circles. It's really exciting to be able to combine moves so early in your poi journey!

 24th Jul 2012 12:42 PM Thank you for putting "easiest turns" in brackets!! I was having such a hard time with some other turns and when I saw this I skipped ahead to it! (Thinking the lessons would listed according to difficulty) This has given me a lot of confidence to keep practicing! |
