What is the difference between a Contact Staff and a Standard Spinning / Twirling Staff?
Contact Staffs are usually a heavier staff. This allows for a lot more momentum with spinning and body rolls. The special grip with use on this staff is also perfect for sticking to the body for contact work. A Standard Twirling / Spinning staff is usually a lot lighter than a Contact Staff and are built for speed with a lighter body to them.
