Never had an issue. Great communication
"Not had a problem with any items ordered and purchased. They are what they say they are and the quality has never been bad or poor. Any issues I have had I contacted the teams and it was sorted quickly, professionally and efficiently. You can't please everyone all the time but so far I have no complaints"

Not ease to changes
"We requested refund of our flags since the product does not match our expectations for this price. We wanted to send it back and buy 3x Sirius PX3 Smooth Handle Juggling Club. Then we got your answer via mail, informing us having to send back the flags to Hong Kong. This cost and refund policies make it unfeasable so we have to keep the flags and stop buying anymore on Home of Poi. We feel so sorry about this. Over the years have recommended your shop but we never had to face a refund. Not that we have this situation, we sadly can't continue recommending HoP."
