What benefits do polyester whips have over leather whips?
While most leather Whips wear out due to moisture, a synthetic/polyester whip lasts longer with our perfected formula. And you can still hear it's loud cracks over a mile away even after years of daily use.

Yes, we do have a range of replacement falls and crackers along with an instructional video available to help get you up and cracking again.

Fire Whips
The Karaka Fire Whipâ„is made of Kevlar and has an absorbent core that holds plenty of fluid. We use stainless steel for the handle and shield as it does not conduct heat and is stronger and more durable. A rubber hand grip provides good control and comfort.Can the Whip Thong be changed?
Yes, the design is made especially for being able to change the thong over to a new one or even a longer one.
Do you sell parts for the fire whips?
Yes, we do we sell all sizes of Fire Whips in the thong which has all the attached parts to put together with an existing handle. We also sell the handle, fall, and poppers separately for replacement. We have an instructional video available on the site for changing over the falls and crackers.

Will I need to change my Thong and crackers often?
These parts will all depend on the amount of use these Whips get and if they are looked after correctly. Unfortunately, with Poppers/crackers due to the nature of the application of this product, they will need to be replaced often. The thong however if looked after correctly and not used on or for whipping hard abrasive surfaces should last much longer. When the flame on your Whips starts to get to a flickering stage, this is when you will need to put the flame out straight away as any longer the fuel will stop burning, and the thong will start to smoke which can lead to deterioration quickly.
What is the best way to put out a fire whip?
We always recommend to be aware of your surroundings (such as distance from a crowd or building, dry grass or hazardous ignition points), so having safety gear set up is always key. Using a damp, wet towel to smother the flame quickly.

What can Pixel Whips do?
Create a multi-dimensional light show, sensually snaking and dancing across your body while simultaneously enveloping you in a cloud of playful pixie points of bright colorful light.The fibers are designer cut to a variety of assorted lengths, causing a fluid swarm of lights along the entire length.

With the pixels Whips, they do not have an exact length due to the fibers all being hand-cut which means they are all different lengths; this is part of how they randomly spread the light out when in use. At the longest, the fibers are measured around 175cm but will vary from whip to whip.
Why is my Pixel Whip not working?
First off please ensure when turning on that you are pressing and holding the button, a single push will not work, and they need to get held for at least 3-4 seconds. When you 1st receive your Pixelwhip, the battery may not come fully charged. To reach maximum capacity, the battery may need to charge for 8hrs or more.How long will one full charge last for?
Battery run time depends on which patterns are getting used, but run-time is between 5hrs to 8hrs on a single charge on the included battery. If you purchase a higher MAH battery, it will go even longer.
How should I store and care for my PixelWhips?
PixelWhips come with a Fiberflies drawstring bag for easy transportation and to keep the fibers cleaner.

Can I use this as a normal whip?
Prevent incidental wear and tear by using PixelWhips as a movement prop instead of a weapon.
Striking fibers against hard surfaces may cause fibers to become more brittle, kinked, and snap off.

Why are my fibers coming out and breaking?
For the use of the product, this is normal as the fibers get made from acrylic, meaning they sometimes can kink or snap. If your fiber is kinked, cut it slightly above the kink, and this will still work perfect.
