They are the perfect counter weight for my capsule poi, which while I love them were significantly lighter than my pod poi. "They glow nice and swivels are awesome- for me the knobs were just too big and my knuckles rubbed against the swivels. They are nice and grippy though and easy to put on almost any poi. Even tho they weren't for me they are high quality and they GLOW. For this and HOP awesome customer service I give 5 stars"

They also make it much easier to change how you are holding the poi mid-spin compared to how that is nearly impossible with loops. These take some getting used to however when switching over from loops. Don't be discouraged though within a week they'll feel as natural as ever."

"I love this size. At first I thought oh they are too small but they hurl like fury. I can work areas of my body with them that I am not able to with the other Poi.
