I am new to this forum and the first thig it asks is for me to introduce myself! Makes sense I suppose.

I started 'trying' to spin recently. I am not very proficient and so far can sort of do, butterfly, weave and the basic crossover. I would love to do overhead and behind my back but I suppose that will come with practice. And then who knows...................FIRE.

If there is anyone in the York UK area who spins and would like to, or has the time to help me get a bit better then I'd be pleased to hear from you.

Any tips anyone can give would be appreciated.

Cheers. Stewart

I may not spin well but I spin with enthusiasm!

Hello, welcome to HoP!

My best tip is to have fun, it doesn't really matter what "tricks" you can or can't do, as long as you're enjoying spinning, thats why you do it after all!

My state of mind is not yours to define!

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
