So hear I am in the community of Twirlers, dancers and Trances...I guess I should give you some idea of how I came about the site...
I only recently took to learning Poi, an art I have admired for many years. (I love a good outdoor doof or festival where all the fire bunnies come out to play after dark!) A generous friend from work has taken me under her wing to teach me during our lunch breaks in the Botanical Gardens. Surprisingly, I find it rather easy... except that damn backwards weave!
I would love to chat with anyone in Melbourne, interested in some Day Light Savings Poi and Staff Twirling in St KIlda or the City. Hell I'll just be happy to have a chat.
So drop me a line sometime...
