hi hi everyone,
I'm bert
I'm Very glad to have found this place, i'v been looking for a place where all spin-toy-technics are gatherd and where you can Talk to people. i'm still beginner in poi but starting to get advanced with staff. thou i'm better at staff i think poi has got more 'flow' and feels more delicate

anyway here's the list of question's (including answers hehe)

Name: Bert
Location: near Kortrijk, the West of Belgium
Hometown: Kortrijk
Birthday (sign?): 16th of june , Stopsign?
Age: 20
Sex: male
Occupation(s): student
Favorite Food(s): I’m vegetarian so of course fresh vegi/vegan-dishes ,but I also do like self-made pizzas and pastas.
Favorite Color(s): Green the most
What is the wing speed of an unladen swallow? Wednesday?
Toys: Poi, Staff en Imagination (I juggle too)
Hobbies other than the obvious: indoor climbing, ultimate Frisbee, pouring beer in a youth-pub,…
Education: Social youth worker
Favorite Book(s): Sophie’s Verden, Spooks, Akira, …
Favorite Movie(s): Amelie Pouline, Pocathontas, Motorcycle diarees, Spirited away,…
Godzilla vs. a Star Wars Star Destroyer. Who wins? Why? Godzilla!! He looks better, he’s wilder and more ‘animal’, and he is much better at saying “WRAAARRGG”!! Oh and starwars-star-destroyers doesn’t really excists
Favorite TV show(s): don’t watch much tv.
Plans for life in general: (i.e. what you want to do when you grow up) : helping people and traveling more, and learning to appreciate life more and more ..and more.
Favorite Music Artists/Composers: Right now it’s Yann Tiersen, soulfly, eels, Marley, pink floyd, lamb,…
Do you think these pants make my butt look too big? No, you are way to insecure for such a beautiful body, you need to be proud with the body you have.
Favorie ice cream flavor(s): vanilla and chocolate-bits I guess, but I’m not really an icecreamfan.
Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella? Nutella, it sadly is the only brand of choco I know (I know my knowledge of chocolate-alike products is not that wide, forgive me)

Next to this checklist I like:
sloths, the coolest animals on earth, but I love every animal on earth.

But avoid the squirrels. They bite and do not make good poi.

Query: why not outdoor climbing?

Mostly outdoor. South Africa has plenty of climbing, including some of the best bouldering in the world.

The route-climbing is not great though at the very top end.

Totally agree. tongue2

Climbing 22-23. So roughly 6c/6c+ depending on the conversion scale....
